The Challenge:

Club manager:

Untapped Revenue: We were missing out on potential income from members booking courts for private events. Without a streamlined system, these opportunities simply slipped away, hindering our club's financial growth.

Stagnant Engagement: Our goal was to boost member participation and attract new individuals, fostering a more vibrant community. Failing to do so meant our club would remain a static venue rather than a dynamic, connecting space for players.

    What makes CourtMatch unique?

CourtMatch stands out because it finally gives everyone in the club, managers and members, easy, effortless control. We noticed how frustrating it was to deal with so many separate systems and how members sometimes felt out of the loop. So, we built CourtMatch as a straightforward digital space to help with all that. Managers gain administrative flexibility, while members can instantly engage. Essentially, it's about making club life simpler and more connected, turning a regular club into a lively, organized community.
    Must solve

    Is it a "Must-Solve" ?

When we first dreamt up CourtMatch, our big question was simple: are we solving a "five-star" problem? This meant looking for something truly impactful.
I started with my own experiences, and we were lucky to have insights from people deeply in the know, like David, Alex, and Keith, who understood club life inside and out. Early on, we just jotted down ideas from our daily lives onto Trello. But the real challenge was figuring out which of these pointed to a problem painful enough to genuinely matter. We were on a mission to find those "best painful problems" that truly needed solving.
    Here’s what we looked for:
"Honestly, scheduling is a constant headache. Booking conflicts happen all the time, and running programs or leagues just adds to the stress. There’s way too much manual work,I keep thinking there has to be an easier way to save time and money."
